<span class="medium-text">The Work App is the primary interface for Topcoder’s clients—enterprise-level organizations that rely on Topcoder’s platform to access and manage top-tier remote talent. As the main hub, the Work App empowers clients to submit new projects, review deliverables, manage ongoing work, and facilitate collaboration with Topcoder’s vetted, global talent pool. The UX approach was focused on making the app intuitive, efficient, and visually clear to support clients in handling multiple projects with ease and confidence.</span>

<span class="medium-text">The Work App’s aesthetics and interaction design took a utilitarian approach to minimize visual clutter and reduce cognitive load. As enterprise users need to handle high volumes of data and manage numerous tasks simultaneously, our goal was to create a streamlined and effective interface that allowed for focused, productive use. However, we balanced this utilitarian approach with thoughtful touches that kept the interface from feeling too stark or uninspiring. Achieving this balance became one of the project’s key challenges and a central focus of our design efforts.</span>
