Holly Park

This book project is a deeply personal tribute to my grandfather and the mobile home company he founded in the 1970s. Designed to preserve and celebrate his legacy, the book weaves together original stories, photographs, blueprints, and newspaper clippings to tell the remarkable story of how a small company in the heart of Amish country created a lasting impact. Through innovation and community-centered values, the company developed patented design features—many of which are still in use today—while prioritizing the well-being of its workers and the surrounding community.

Every design decision was made to honor the spirit and vision of my grandfather. From curating the archival materials to crafting a layout that balances nostalgia with timeless sophistication, the book serves as both a family keepsake and a testament to the lasting influence of thoughtful design and leadership.
